NATURAL PHILOSOPHY PTY LTD does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.

Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email.

After confirming claims when receiving the returned goods at our warehouse, we shall then promptly (a) re-supply the item(s) or (b) credit the relevant invoice appropriately. Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening. Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.

Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened, unused & in their original condition. Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products. The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any.
